Andy Grammer was actually the opener for Colbie Caillat & Gavin Degraw, but in my opinion he was the best of all three (& I like both of them). There were some sound issues with Andy's first song "Keep Your Head Up" so he sang it without the mic...loud enough so I could easily hear it in my seat about halfway between the front and back of the theater. Andy entertained the crowd after his first song while people tried to get the sound fixed by having different fans come up on stage with him & taking funny pictures. After they fixed the sound, Andy continued to be very enjoyable to watch & even sang a song walking through the crowd & going into the balcony. He definitely put on a very fun set, and his songs were great!

Andy Grammer is simply amazing!! I came to the Peabody Opera House in St. Louis on June 24, 2012 because I wanted to see Colbie Caillat and Gavin DeGraw. I left with an Andy Grammer CD in hand and have spoke of Grammer ever since. He brought such energy to the crowd! The microphones were not working at the beginning of the show, but that didn't stop Grammer from pumping up the crowd with an improv singing of "Keep Your Head Up" where he enlisted the crowd's help! Before the end of the set, Grammer ran throughout the venue singing his songs and even ran up the stairs and into the balcony level of the Operhouse. His music is wonderful as each song was written from the heart and tells a story. His CD has been the only thing playing in my car ever since! I am already planning my next concert to see Andy Grammer!!
